Firearms Instruction:

Tactical-1 recognizes that there is an on-going need for additional firearms instruction among armed security professionals in the Maryland/DC metropolitan area. Therefore, we are dedicated to providing an instructional staff which can address most firearms training deficiencies for all prospective clients.

Our armed security officers get the best training in the business. Tactical-1 offers some of the best practical and tactical firearms training to armed security professionals. Our firearms training programs were created to increase the officer’s knowledge, skills, and ability to accurately identify, deter and prevent a potential threat.

Clients will learn safe pistol handling skills; major parts of a semi-automatic handgun or revolver (nomenclature), basic or advanced shooting techniques; proper cleaning procedures and continued opportunities for skill development.
